LED Bar Section
All our hire stock runs on LED technology which allows the furniture to be set to 16 different colours.
A range of different settings can also be used from a colour fade, flash or strobe creating a brilliant atmosphere for later in the evening!
All furniture runs off wireless remote controls which are provided with the hire.
 
All models in our hire LED furniture range are battery powered so can be placed anywhere meaning no worry about cables during the event.
 The battery life differs on each items but most last around 6 - 12 hours. If you require longer use then simply plug into the mains supply.
 
Due to their construction, the whole range is able to be branded using adhesive vinyl, perfect for exhibitions and corporate functions.
Not only that, they are all IP65 rated, this means they are waterproof so you are able to use them indoor and outdoor

  • Our illuminated LED bar is a real talking point amongst guests. And with built-in space behind there is no shortage of room. 
    With an exceptionally bright LED light source, the bar will add vibrant colour and are a real talking point amongst guests

    Our bars are made to be fully functional and versatile enough to be used as anything from a cocktail bar to help yourself bottle bar. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The led bar has lots of storage space allowing you to stock the bar easily for efficient use. We normally recommend using 2 or 3 sections as a minimum to complete the desired look.

EQUIPMENT HIRE
 

Delivery, Setup & Collection - Available on all equipment and can be arranged at an additional cost.

Dry Hire: Customer collecting, setup & returning equipment.

Upon booking your equipment we will confirm the collection and return dates along with our hire department’s opening times for that day.


On collection of equipment, the hirer will be required to provide 2 forms of ID containing the address of the hirer of which one must include photo ID (e.g. Driving License, Passport) and 1 form of proof of address such as utility bill, bank statement, council tax etc dated 3 months from the start of the hire date.
 

We also require a safety deposit (the amount will be confirmed on booking paperwork) this needs to be paid by Cash or Card on the collection before the equipment is released.

Deposits are refunded when the goods have been completely checked and are accounted for. For smaller hires the Hirer is usually able to wait for check-in to be completed. For larger hires, or instances where we are unable to check the goods immediately, the equipment will be placed into a bay and checked at the earliest opportunity.

Due to constant equipment upgrades products shown may differ from the images or model described, but will be to the same standard or upgraded.
